Light Portuguese style showing great rancio characters beautifully featured in a 750ml bottle. I am told this is like liquid sticky date pudding. Great next to a roaring fire with a good cup of espresso.
With many Olive Groves in the area we couldn't resist leasing some Olive Trees to make our own Olive Oil. With a bottle of Galafrey Wine and serve with fresh white bread and our Ollie Olive Oil you instantly have a prefect alfresco afternoon.
Made with muscat and fortified Chenin, this muscat is lighter than most. We did this deliberately so you can chill it and have it with desert. We served it with creme burlee and it was gorgeous. Beautifully lush and full of apricots flavours it is a great finish to the night.
