Well, aren't we popular. Second review in 3 weeks!!
There I was at Auskick on Saturday morning, flicking through the paper when BAMM! our Muller Thurgau has been reviewed by Ray Jordan in theThe West Magazine.
The Muller does so well, it is very unique- there are only a few of us in Australia who grow and make it. A hybrid of a Riesling but so different. Muller has no acidity, whereas Riesling is all about acidity. It has a nice oily texture to the palate which makes it so great with food, especially Asian cuisine.
My father use to say " Muller is a great wine to watch the tennis in summer with a palate of cucumber sandwiches!" and then laugh out loud!!
