Dry Grown Cabernet Sauvignon

  alt

Delicious mouthful of fine elegant tannins, powerful blackcurrant aromas, cigar box with a hint of chocolate. It's well balance, complex with a long finish. Dry Grown Cabernet Sauvignon

Great with rack of lamb, osso buco or a simple seared eye fillet of beef.

Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Three barrels were selected for their intense flavours and superior quality to produce the Galafrey Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. A typical cool climate cabernet showing aromas of ripe sweet fruit, great depth with complex oak influence. The palate is elegant with good length. Good drinking now but will develop greater complexity with cellaring.

Ideal with beef or lamb.

Great next to a roaring fire with a good cup of espresso.
